- to keep the records we are required to keep for tax, accounting and regulatory purposes
We do not sell your information, and we will not send you marketing without your permission.
Our legal basis
Under UK data protection law we rely on:
- Contract: to prepare a quote at your request and to carry out the work you book

- The charger manufacturer, for warranty registration and app setup
- OZEV, where a government grant applies to your installation
- Resend, which sends quote-form emails to us; the providers who run our email and website; and our accountant
Where we use service providers, they may only use your information on our instructions.

- Customer and financial records: 6 years, to meet tax requirements
- Installation records and certificates: for as long as needed for warranty and safety purposes
