The terms that apply to using our website and to our quotes and installations.

These terms cover your use of this website and the quotes and installations we provide. How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Using this website
- The information on this website is general guidance. Your quote will confirm the charger, price and work that apply to your property.
- Chargers, specifications and prices shown on the website may change, and products are subject to availability.
- Links to other websites, such as manufacturers or accreditation bodies, are provided for information. We are not responsible for their content.
- The content of this website, including text and photographs, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without our agreement.
Quotes
- Quotes are free and with no obligation.
- Your quote is based on the information you give us, including your answers to our enquiry form, and on our remote survey. Please make sure it is accurate.
- Any additional costs above the standard installation price, such as upgrades needed to your existing electrical installation, will be made clear at the quotation stage, including why and how much.
- Quotes are valid for 90 days from the date we send them.
- If we find on the day that conditions differ from the information provided, we will explain why and agree any change in price with you before carrying out additional work.
Ordering and payment
- Once you accept your quote, you can pay to secure your charger and installation date.
- Payment is due no later than the installation date. In some circumstances, such as a third party being responsible for payment, it will be due no later than 3 working days before the installation date.
- We accept payment by BACS, debit or credit card.
- The charger remains our property until it has been paid for in full.
Your right to cancel
Once you have accepted your quote and agreed your installation date, either by phone, email, direct message or in person, you have the right to cancel without giving a reason, no later than 5 working days before the installation date. If you wish to cancel with less notice than 5 working days, you will have to pay for the charger and job materials, which will have been ordered by this point.

Your installation
- A standard installation takes approximately 3-4 hours, with your power off for no longer than 30 minutes. Custom installations involving additional work may take longer.
- We include an SPD (Surge Protection Device) as standard with all of our installations, at no additional cost.
- We handle the notification to your Distribution Network Operator (DNO) for you.
- We email you a full electrical installation certificate shortly after your installation, we will also complete the building regulations notification post installation, and we will set up any required apps with you.
- Please make sure we have safe access to your meter, consumer unit and the charger location, and that an adult is at home during the installation.
- Smart chargers need either a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile signal (charger dependant) at the charger location to work as intended.
- Either you or we need to give at least 3 working days' notice to rearrange an installation date.
Guarantees and warranties
- Your charger is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which will either activate automatically, or may require manual activation from you.
- Our workmanship on the electrical installation, including all components and switchgear, is guaranteed for a period of 3 years.
- Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your right to have the work carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms or to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our work, please contact us first and we will do our best to put things right. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to NAPIT or TrustMark, as we are a registered installer.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies when you accept your quote. These terms were last updated on 6 October 2026.
